All computers, built, sold, and/or upgraded by Hammer PCs are covered by a 30 day limited warranty.
Section I: General Information
Hammer PCs covers hardware failures and defects in workmanship in the first 30 days after the purchase. Hammer PCs does not accept responsibility for any damage caused by the customer during transportation of the product, attempting to fix, modify, or alter the product in any way. Hammer PCs also does not cover any issues that are caused by misuse, abuse, or natural disasters. When a warranty is accepted, the customer is responsible for returning the product (if local) or shipping the product back. Hammer PCs will provide the shipping label (if shipping the product). The product must be returned in the original box or packaging. The customer may choose a repair or a refund. If repairing, please allow up to 10 business days for Hammer PCs to repair and ship your product. The customer is responsible for picking up the repaired product (if local).
Section II: Shipping & Returns
Hammer PC’s will warranty computers damaged when shipped by a third party such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other third parties. The customer may either send the computer back for repair or Hammer PCs may send the customer a new part to replace by themselves, if the customer communicates that they are comfortable doing so. If the product is damaged upon being delivered to the customer, Hammer PCs will pay for return shipping costs.
Returns with a refund are also available if the computer arrived damaged or improperly working. The customer must send the item back in the original box and original or adequate packaging. Hammer PCs will pay for return shipping. Customer must go through troubleshooting steps first before a return is available.
Section III: Troubleshooting and Tech Support
Also included with every computer is free technical and troubleshooting support for 60 days after the purchase date. Technical support is not guaranteed to resolve your issue, but will provide steps and information on potential solutions to your issues.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting steps will be administered before a product is sent in for repair or refund.
- Hammer PCs is not responsible for loss of data during repair.
- If Hammer PCs determines the product to have suffered damage by the customer or other damages that void warranty, Hammer PCs has the right to not administer a refund to the customer.
- If a product is sent in for repair and is not claimed within 14 days, Hammer PCs has the right to keep the product, and the product becomes property of Hammer PCs.
- These return and warranty conditions do not apply for parts or other items sold by Hammer PCs. Please contact Hammer PCs for questions about a purchase of a part or other item.

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from Hammer PCs. Response time from Hammer PCs does not affect the warranty period.
